Program Expectations • Must achieve a grade of C or better in all program courses (All courses with 501 or 509). • Alcohol/Drugs – ZERO Tolerance • Professional behavior expected at all times. • You represent NWTC • Regular attendance is required. Lack of attendance will impact your grades.
Time Commitment • May have class Monday thru Friday
Time Management • Do not work more then 16 hours a week • Apply for financial aide • Apply for Scholarships
Pre-Clinical Requirements • CPR • Caregiver Background Check (CBC) • Proof of immunizations and physical health which includes TB skin testing
Functional Abilities • Review to be sure you can meet these expectations
Uniforms • Details in your orientation manual • Required for classes, Days of Observation and Externship • No tattoos • No multiple piercings • No tongue or nose piercings
