Reporting Second report submitted* : 1 July 2010 – 31 December 2011 Technical report: submitted* on 3 March 2010; Deliverables: submitted*; Financial: second interim payment is to be transferred if the report will be approved by the EC; Expected date for approval** beginning of summer break; * Uploaded in Participant Portal ** Estimation 506.530,49 EUR

  3. Issues encountered 01-02/2012 • Log-in to Participant portal (incl. FORCE)previously used credentials not functional, ENT not visible under “my projects” tab, etc. – measure taken: reported to the EC, ANCS filled in financial data in Form C, communication with partners via phone, e-mail. • Change in calculation of indirect costs - report to EC, helpdesk, further contacts with EC to solve this issue • Difficulties for some partners to log-in to Participant Portal - partners who left organizations did not leave the credential to those who took over the work

  4. Issues encountered 01-02/2012 • Data wrongly calculated (ex. personnel cost in “use of resources” MUST be the same with the personnel costs in FORM C, other costs and subcontractig as well. Figures MUST match in “use of resources” with Form C ). • Miscalculation of reported data (ex. VAT, pers. costs, allocation to activities) • Adjustments to period 1 – please DELETE the unnecessary draft adjustments/extrapolations

  5. Issues encountered 01-02/2012 • Adjustments for period 1 – use of resources needed ? Some explanations already received. • Amendment uncompleted Portuguese partner (ADI / FCT) – We are looking for “the right solutions” from the EC. Issue dealt with priority

  6. Expected Issues for reporting and amendments • Amendment – change of partners (MZOS – HR, ….. ) • Amendment – change in the content of technical annex (DoW) • “Fix the bugs” in Participant Portal

  7. Remaining amounts by the end of the project – EC contribution Initially foreseen - 2.799.365,84 € Spent period 1 – 613.441,53 € Spent period 2 – 494.165,73 € (prov.) Still with some “errors” (unfinished issues) Remaining – 1.692.785,58 €
