Partnering with BLINC askBLINC – a “train-the-trainer” approach to business resources • A patron comes in to their library with a business question • Example: I need to write a business plan and do market research. Can you help me? • The Librarian assists the patron, but isn’t sure they fully answered the patron’s questions. • The Librarian sends an email to askblinc@nclive.org to get help from business librarian experts. • The askBLINC team responds to the librarian with helpful advice.
