Key aspects of seeing project through with high success: • Define how success will look • Enlist an “invested confederate” with spirit • Enlist an “invested confederate” with eye to detail • Monitor progress regularly and when opportunity arises outside schedule • Be vigilant for resources • Repeat the above • Memory jogger or “ticklers”
