UNIFORMS, ELECTIONS, ECT.) • SOLIDIFY OUR STORM PREPARDNESS PLANS FOR FUTURE • BRING FOCUS BACK ONTO MEMBERSHIP
CHIEF OF DEPARTMENT • OUTSIDE GOALS • BETTER RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER IACA AGENCIES • HELD DEVELOP A TOWN WIDE MUTAL AID RESPONSE PLAN THAT WILL INCLUDE “HERCULIES” • DISCUSS EVACUATION PROCESS WITH TOWN IN REGARDS TO ATRIA, SUNRISE MANOR AS WELL AS OLC • SOLIDIFY OUR STORM PREPARDNESS PLANS WITH IACA IN REGARDS TO MUTUAL AIDES

Chief • Membership Committee: • More organization within the committee so that there is greater accountability for incoming members • Increase communication within the committee to increase the caliber of incoming members via system of checks and balances • Follow up phone calls with emails so that there is a paper trail for everything we do.
1st Asst Chief • Web Site Update (www.bsbra.org) • Work with John to maintain website • Continue with online membership application • Continue with physicals throughout the year with goal of 100% compliance
1st Asst Chief • Retention • Work with SOD to distribute members in such a way to maximize riding time as well as ensure adequate coverage • More interaction between membership committee and probationary training committee to decrease the gap from prospective member status to probationary/riding member
1st Asst Chief • Other miscellaneous goals • Update the SOP’s to current standards and requirement and have them available to all members of our website • Update the By-Laws to reflect current practices and decrease ambiguity • Continue security measures for the membership to ensure safety of person and belongings
2nd Asst Chief • Trainings • More types, 4 in-house per month • Suggestions for trainings • Attendance ( increase and mandatory) • CME • Crew Chief • Preceptors (6 month minimum)
3rd ASST CHIEF • MCI trainings • 3-24-1 operations • Clear more personnel on driving and operation of Hercules
