Objectives of the Course • The course provides a solid historical background for understanding important current issues in logistics.
Objectives of the Course • The aims of the course are to provide and develop understanding of contemporary issues in logistics and supply chain management through case studies, class workshops and discussions.

Learning Outcome Having completed the course, students should be able • to be aware of the current issues about logistics and supply chain management, and use the related concepts/terminology • to understand the importance of logistics and supply chain management on economic growth • to evaluate the contemporary issues in logistics and supply chain management from different perspectives • to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge
Attendance Policy • Attendance in all courses is compulsory. Students more than 10 minutes late for each session will not be accepted. • Any late submission of missed / incomplete assignments, discussions, cases, reading, etc.is not accepted. Please be on time!!!!
Grading • Mid-term exam: 30% • Assignments: 15% (two of them will be in class) • Final exam: 45% • Quiz: 10%
