Basic marketing strategies and outlets for exposure • Bring-and-Braai seminars, incorporating the educational aspects of the club with a more social vibe. This will not be subjectively availed to club members but rather to prospective members and keens spectators • Class interaction, with the permission of lecturers • Sport socials with other clubs or extra-curricular bodies • Trading competitions with other clubs • The source of the exposure will come from how we embrace inclusivity, if the club secludes itself it wont have any barring on the student constituency.
Plan of action • Find a venue • Begin by getting the future club members together for preliminary meeting • Determine goals • Determine laws and constitutions • Elect officers and leadership board • If need a broker may be chosen • Create an online networking site for all members • Look for sponsorship and affiliations • Find a source of conformity example dress code • Including external sources from other professional bodies
