  2. Production • Making ASTM A554 Ornamental Tubing in 201, 304, 409, 301, 316, 439 • Can take smallest production orders – 2000ft min or product of coil • In stock orders – 100ft min • De-burring available

  3. Mill Tube Production Sizes Importing for Stock: 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ Squares 16/18 gauge 1 ½ x 1 ½ Squares 16/18 gauge 2” x 2” Squares 16/18 gauge

  5. Tube Stock and Cutting • Currently 380,000ft in stock • Polished and Mill Finish • Can import container loads upon request • Lengths – 6”min to 30ft max • Special cut lengths on request

  6. Round Polishing • Can polish ½” OD to 7” OD and buff to a mirror finish • Toll polishing on request from Mill Finish • Can custom polish to 120, 180, 220, 320, 480 and 600 grit. • Capability to polish Red Metals

  7. Flat Wet Polishing: • Can polish from ½” to 6” square and rectangular tubing, and flat bar

  8. Tube and Bar Straightening • Can straighten any OD from ½” to 3” tube, pipe or bar if received bent from the mill or from transport.

  9. Tube Packaging and Stock • Special packaging upon request • Cardboard • Crate • Skid • End caps Material Test Report

  10. Tube Stock and Slit Coil • Extensive slit coil inventory in 300 and 400 series for slitting or tubing applications • Slitting from .4” to 72” wide • 500lbs minimum orders to truckload • Can apply PVC
