Monitoring • Clinical Effectiveness Committee – 2 mthly • Local Commissioner – quarterly • RAG rating • Escalation (2 ambers = red) • Identify any issues with development of local recommendations/action plan • Monitor implementation of recommendations
Support • Clinical Lead/Champion in their role • Produce local summary report and action plan from national report/findings • Build discussion of findings, dissemination of results, development of action plan into regular meetings • Encourage staff to attend NCA Regional Workshops • Ownership
