Lecture Series • Under the aegis of the IMC-Pravinchandra Gandhi Chair we would organise a lecture series to bring about a dialogue between eminent persons in banking and finance sector and the students and researcher. • The first lecture in this series will be delivered by Mr. KV Kamath, Chairman ICICI Bank on September 13, 2013 at the Convocation Hall of University of Mumbai. balkrishnaparab@jbims.edu

  6. Training Programmes • We propose to carry out training programmes for bankers and college teachers in the emerging issues in this sector. • We propose to organise training in: • Company analysis • Banking Technology • Financial Inclusion balkrishnaparab@jbims.edu

  7. Research and Publications • We propose to carry out research activities in various aspects of banking and finance sectors. Some of the research topics on which we are working include: • Mechanisms for raising finance • Bank finance to SME sector • Financial inclusion balkrishnaparab@jbims.edu
