Why WiKey? • KNF uses several different solutions today to maintain and share information • KEF Toolbox • Local/shared drives • Lotus Notes • KeyNet • Content becomes outdated, only editors can update • Significant resources needed to manage content • Over 100 separate administrators at KNF today • Process to change/update content can be inefficient • Challenging to search & locate content quickly • Not always user-friendly
