Adam in Institution He is influenced by everyone around him because his past is unclear. He is on medication so that he might remember some secrets. His identity was changed when they joined the witness protection program. Adam has fears about who to trust, he lives his whole life in fear, also scared of dogs and closed spaces. Adam is afraid to find out about his true identity. A A F R E D M A M R • Adam in Bike Trip • Goes on a bike trip to learn his families secrets. • Adam and his family sing “The Farmer in the Dell”, as a song to unite them. • Amy is Adams girlfriend and he loves her, he tell her all his secrets. • He compares himself to the cheese, he stands alone. Brint puts up with Adam to figure out secrets. • His goal is to help Adam and then Adam will help him without even knowing. • Brint has a very cold personality. • Brint is a “guide” to Adam, but really he is pushing Adam to remember. • Brint works for the same agency as Mr. Grey, in fact he is Mr. Grey. • After he gets all the information, Brint plans to get rid of Adam. Brint Mr. Grey

David Farmer • Anthony investigated the government but him main jog was an upright journalist. He soon became part of the witness protection program, and his name would be David • He would always be living in fear of being found. • David keeps some things from Adam, incase he is ever questioned. Anthony Delmonte

Louise • Adam remembers his mother by her lilac perfume. • Louise has a tough time changing her life. • Her biggest fear is the “never-knows”. The Never-knows is never knowing what is going to happen next, never knowing who to trust and not knowing that the next phone call if from the enemy. • Louise gives weekly calls to her only relative Martha. Farmer

Martha • Martha is a nun. • She is Adam’s aunt, Louise’s sister. • Adam is not supposed to know about her. • She was the only one that did not trust Mr. Grey.

H E R T Z AMY • Adam’s girlfriend • She befriends Adam • Together they pull “numbers”, which is when they pull pranks at the supermarket or other places. • Adam tells her all of his secret, like him wanting to become a writer.

Arthur Hayes • Arthur is a big man that sits on a fire-escape. • He gives Adam information about his stolen bike. • He is ordered around by the man in the apartment. • There Are suspicions of Arthur’s intentions. • He gets lonely. "Honey"

Whipper • Lives in Carver, New Hampshire. • Eats at a diner all the time. • Has two good friends, Lewis and Dobbie. • The three of them harass Adam.

Old Man @ Gas Station • Helps Adam, by giving him a map of his Journey. • The old man is very cautious of identity theft and lack of privacy, so he gave Adam a speech about how to be careful.

Elderly Couple • They help Adam after he fell in a ditch. The couple put his bike in the trunk and gave him a ride to town. • Arnold is worried for the poor boy (Adam). • Edna is paranoid, and doesn’t like strangers.
