  4. Routine eye exams have now resumed, as per the College of Optometrists guidelines. To encourage the highest care for our patients we have devised a new protocol for all our patients:

  5. No WALK- INs will be permissible. All appointments, repairs and collections must be pre-booked either by email or on our online booking system. A quick screening questionnaire will take place before your appointment is confirmed. • All eye exam appointments will be up to 1 hour in duration. • Only 1 Patient and members of their household will be allowed in the practice at any one time. • The number of daily appointments have been reduced to 3 per day. This is to allow for all equipment and frames to be disinfected appropriately between patients and customers.
