  5. Thursday Night Hype: After Hours • Initially, After Hours was created to counteract student gambling on MSU’s campus. • Campus officials, including RHA, created an event that provided students with a safe and fun alternative to illegal gambling.

Thursday Night Hype: So how did After Hours get to be so amazing? • After Hours is sponsored by the Student Activities Council. • To promote student engagement at MSU, AH hosts a three-hour weekly event. • We plan diverse programming. • We help students make friends. • We encourage leadership and involvement.
