Course Materials • Please ensure you have the most current workbooks and test versions, both end of course and exercise tests. • Questions about acquiring the end of course test should be directed to Kenya Smith at (916) 227-4957 or kenya.smith@post.ca.gov. • Questions regarding test content and version numbers should be directed to Windy Kaiser at (916) 227-4537 or windy.kaiser@post.ca.gov. • Workbooks are located on the Basic Course Informational Website. Requirements for entering a class • Certified course in EDI • Submission of presentation request • Valid naming of your course
Online Student Registration Requirement Students must register for your upcoming class once it is entered into TMAS II • Students log into a separate website and register with the class information you provide • Registration can be done at your site during orientation or prior to start of class • System generates student ID. Staff can change ID numbers once if necessary prior to first exam
PC832 End of Course Test • Students are allowed 120 Minutes to complete the test. • The cut off score is currently set at 70% during the pilot process for the new test format. • A test panel meeting is scheduled for October to set the new cut off score. All test questions come from the workbooks.
