Section One- Executive Branch • The executive power will be the President of the United States and he will hold office for a term of 4 years with a vice president. • In each state, the number of electors (people who officially vote) will be equal to the number of senators and representative to which the state is entitle in the Congress. • No senator, representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit can appointed an elector. • The electors meet in their respected state and vote on a ballot for two people. • The current Vice President/ President of the Senate will open the certificate and the votes will be counted. • The person with the biggest number of votes will become President. • No person except a natural born citizen of the United States will be eligible for Presidency. • No under the age of 35 can be President, and you have to have lived the United States for 14 years.
Section One Continued… • If the president is impeached, dies, resign, or can no longer fulfill his duties the vice president takes over office. • If the vice president is removed, dies, resigns, or cannot fulfill his duties congress may choose which officer will then take office. • The president will receive his services a compensation that will not be increased or decreased during the period they will serve. • Before he becomes president the elected will take an oath.
Section two • The president is the Commander and Chief of the Army and the Navy and the U.S. • He is the power to pardon any offences to the U.S. in such in cases of impeachment. He has the power to make treaties if two thirds of the senate agree. He can appoint ambassadors, judges of the supreme court and all other offices of the U.S. whose positions are not filled.
Section 3 • The President will give the Congress information on State of the Union. • He makes sure laws are completely executed. • He commissions all the officers of U.S. • The President, Vice President, or any Civil Officers can be removed from office on impeachment for Treason, Bribery, and other any Crimes or Misdemeanors.
