NGN Policy Objectives • “Singapore’s Broadband Infrastructure to be internationally recognized as amongst the top in Asia” • “To design, build and operator a new NBN to provide access to high speed broadband to all Australian premises” • “To accelerate roll out of ultra fast broadband to 75% of New Zealanders over 10 years” • What about the demand side? • Build it and they will come?
