  9. Vehicles Distribution Centers Two Vehicles Distribution Centers with an exclusive security system are opened and successfully operates: • MAJOR – CHISMENA- opened in 2008, allows to store 9 300 vehicles • MAJOR - TOGLIATTI - opened in March 2013, storage compound for 10 500 vehicles

ChismenaVehicles Distribution Center In 2008Major has opened new Vehicles Distribution Centrethat includes: • A vehicle storage compound for 9300 vehicles (18hectares) • A loading-unloading area and car inspection area that allows to process 32 trucks at a time • An office building • A car wash • A PDI-service • A parking slot for 50 trucks (waiting area) • A canteen and a rest area for drivers • The Center is located in Volokolamskiy District of Moscow Region, 76 km from Moscow Ring Road on the M9 “Baltiya” motorway

Togliatti Vehicles Distribution Center Major - Togliatti Vehicles Distribution Center was opened in March 2013.  It is located in Togliatti city, Samara region within 10 km from AvtoVAZ factory. Center occupies the territory of 21 hectares and includes: • car storage compound for 10 500 cars; • loading−unloading and vehicle inspection area for 33 trucks • parking zone for 40 trucks (stand−by zone). • office building

Security and Flexibility • Working 7 days per week • Maximum safety facilities: an electronic access control system, 24 hours electronic perimeter security system, 24 hours CCTV with automatic recording, patrol of the territory by a canine team • Lighting by light masts • Phone, broadband Internet and wireless network covering the territory of the Centers • High-tech wireless terminals for data collection and processing, specially developed WMS system
