30 x walking rate = distance 10 minutes x 60 seconds/minute = 600 seconds 600 seconds x walking rate = distance 60 minutes/hour x 60 seconds/minute = 3600 seconds 3600 x walking rate = distance
I’d multiply my walking rate times the number of seconds to calculate how far I would walk.
