  2. Step 1: Log-on to your AKO Home page Step 2: Click the “Self Service drop down Click here

  3. Step 3: Click “My Doctrine” Click here

  4. Step 4: Click on the ATTP Wiki Button Click here

  5. Step 5: Displayed will be the Army Doctrine Portal The Portal will be display the original seven ATTPs and an option to all 26 ATTPs

  6. Step 6a: Click on “Army Doctrine Portal Rules Conduct” Discuss highlights of the ADRoC EVENT: GOVERNANCE Step 6: Scroll down and give an overview of the Governance

  7. EDIT FEATURE Step 7a: Choose ATTP 3-97.11 7b: Scroll down to “Characteristics of the Cold weather Environment” -Click Edit button (First Paragraph) 7c: Use the Rich Editor. Disengaged the Rich Text Editor will turn into a Microsoft like

  8. 7d: Cut and paste a statement insert (or statement of your choice): Exposure to cold temperatures, whether indoors or outside, can cause other serious or life-threatening health problems. Infants and the elderly are particularly at risk, but anyone can be affected.

  9. EVENT: SHOW CHANGE FEATURE Step 8: This option will allow the user to look at the changes as they will appear in the edited version.

  11. EVENT: Changes as it would appear Step 9b: Changes as it would appear on the final version.

  12. EVENT: SHOW HISTORY FEATURE Step 10a: The history feature allows the user/proponent to see changes made. Once a change has been made the proponent will receive an email of those changes.

  13. EVENT: SHOW HISTORY FEATURE BUTTONS Step 10b: The history feature shows the proponent to see who made. Once a change has been made the proponent will receive an email of those changes.

  14. EVENT: COMPARE SELECTED FEATURE Step 10c: The “Compare Select feature” lets the proponent to see a side by side comparison.

  15. EVENT: COMPARE SELECTED FEATURE Step 10d: The side by side comparison is highlighted in red.

  16. EVENT: UNDO EDIT FEATURE Step 10e: This feature allows the proponent/individual to undo any revision made.

  17. EVENT: UNDO FEATURE Step 10f: Demonstrates change reverted (undone) to the original version prior to changes.
