IN THE BEGINNING

This project aims to redesign healthcare service pathways to address identified needs and improve patient care. Through a multi-disciplinary approach and robust data analysis, barriers such as staffing sustainability and lack of space will be tackled. Key changes include incorporating standards, pre-assessment, additional staffing, and electronic referrals. The next steps involve implementing staffing changes, piloting pre-assessment, capacity planning, training, and collaboration with Siemens to improve data quality.
