4. Structure ICHNOS model consists of four interdependent modules: • Observatory module • Advisory and Support module • Training module • Information and Communication module

5. Observatory module-ICHNOS Model RCC assesses the current regional socioeconomic situation in order to support the set-up of new OSSes. It monitors the performance of each individual OSS and evaluate the obstacles that may prevent them from running smoothly. it also monitors the latest information about administrative and technological solutions for OSS and processes and recommendations of simplification of the bureaucratic procedures for facilitating business set-ups Implementation in Sardinia There is a lack of overview of this module neverless There are some regional action that can be brought back into this module - census by traditional mail, e-mail, phone-call Helpdesk (by mail and by phone to enterpreneurs, OSS) Procedure data base Regional managment software Structure/ Observatory module

6. Advisory and Support module in ICHNOS Model RCC that carries out the core activities of the OSS, giving support to OSS managers and to local authorities on the four main areas: Legal technological; marketing of the territory; organizational. 7. Training module in ICHNOS Model RCC offers knowledge to OSS staff and to third bodies connected with OSS’s activities. Online and face-to-face courses, as well as paper-based documentation on guidelines are the main means. which will be focused on the procedures regarding business creation, the procedures for contacting third bodies, and the novelties on legal and technical aspects of OSS activities. Information and Communication ICHNOS Model RCC promotes OSSes and disseminates their achievements and benefits among their stakeholders in the region among their end-users and around an interregional European level.
