  2. Synopsis Setting- Dummity Bay, Cornwall Cal, Miranda and Jackie live with their parents in ‘The Dodo Hotel’ on the edge of the beach. The children are sent to boarding school when their parents go away to America BUT things begin to happen when the children decide to run the hotel by themselves and not go away to school….. ….. strange guests who aren’t who they seem ……a ship grounded on the beach but not by accident …… Jackie captured !

  5. Creative writing competition The hotel needs to be sold. Imagine you are an estate agent and you need to create a brochure advertising the sale. Use all your persuasive skills when mentioning the hotel’s unique features.
