Basic information • Location: Marquette, Michigan (Upper Peninsula) • Transportation • Approximate travel time to Marquette: • Nonstop flight • Chicago ...........1.2 hours • Detroit ..........1.15 hours • Minneapolis ...1.30 hours • From campus to shopping mall (Meijer & Wal-Mart) • Shuttle: once a week • Students on campus: 7700+ • Exchange students • From different countries: China, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Pakistan, South Korea, the Philippines, etc. • Climate: the coldest month: January / February
