The Tunisian Association of Celiac Disease • Inform patients, their parents and the public to a better understanding of the problems with celiac disease and gluten-free diet and to promote disease detection. Information leaflets and recipe books are regularly produced by association to patients

  4. The Tunisian Association of Celiac Disease • To help some patients with gluten-free product donations. • The aid was made possible by a grant from the state and donations we get from some companies and individual benefactors. • consists of packages of “basic” gluten-free diet (flour ...) that we send to patients at home • We have signed an agreement with the Tunisian Post which allows sending these packages for free • To date, about 400 families receive monthly assistance.

  6. we have published a cookbook of Tunisian cuisine without gluten as a result of these training workshops The association organizes in several regions of Tunisia practical training workshops. In these workshops theoretical training is provided by experts in nutrition and recipe applications are made using local and cheapest products.

  7. We organize these workshops in the most isolated places in the country where you can sometimes meet really amazing people

  9. instead of showing you what is possible with a mill I suggest you to directly see or taste if you want!!! • Quantifying trace of gluten in some of the most common foods: important action to "reassure" some patients (Luigi)
