Evaluation of AUP Library Website

Conducted in Fall 2010 by Camille Riviere, this study provides a comprehensive evaluation of the AUP Library Website through on-site observation, questionnaire, focus group evaluation, usability test, expert review, and comparative study. Research questions focused on services usage, usefulness for specific groups, potential additions, and user satisfaction levels. The goal was to identify patterns to enhance the website and address any issues hindering regular student usage.

  3. Research Questions What services are most used by students? Are the services useful for specific groups? What potential services would be useful to add What is the satisfaction level of users with the library services and the library website in particular?

  4. Goals To gather data that will show patterns to help improve the AUP library Website and possibly identify the issues that may discourage some AUP students from using the library regularly.
