Real Projects for Real Clients Curriculum:Proposed NSF Initiative: David Klappholz • Team-project oriented undergraduate CS curriculum • Learn by doing requirements, risk management, team performance, V&V, as go through Web programming, database, etc. courses • Being implemented at Stevens with USC support • Broad-based group of early-adopter universities and colleges • Goal to increase recruitment of women and minorities into CS • Looking for industry support • Serve as project clients • Give talks in courses and faculty training sessions • Encourage colleges to adopt real projects curriculum • Connect with Dave Klappholz (here;davidk6@gmail.com)
