DOORS – Recipient Reports • Cutoff date for entering data for the past year is August 31st • For example, a recipient can report FY-2011 accomplishments from September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012 • DBE Part 26 reports due December 1 • ACDBE Part 23 reports due March 1
FAA DOORS • Basic instructions included on all menus • Automatic totaling and calculating • Allows access to view previous records and edit current records for the year being reported

DOT DOORS • The ACDBE uniform report form has been added • DBE Contractors and ACDBE firms reporting will be added soon • All data in FAA DOORS will be transferred to DOT DOORS • We anticipate transitioning over from FAA DOORS to DOT DOORS by September 1, 2011

DOT DOORS • New user accounts have been created for all airport recipients that currently have a user account in FAA DOORS • Airport recipients will receive a letter and guidance pertaining to the new DOORS followed by an email message containing a new user ID. • Airport recipients will be able to create their own password.
