  11. Arnold Newman was born in NY 1918 and Died June 6th 2006 at the age of 88. He was one of the most famous portrait photographers of our time. His work forever changed portrait photography. His style of photography is emulated by many today's leading portrait photographers. He was the leading portrait photographer for some of the most popular magazines in American history. His work consisted of presidents, celebrities, and famous artists.

His work can be seen on the covers of Time, Esquire, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN magazines. He has the most Time magazine covers of any photographer.
