  4. TOPICS COVERED SEMESTER 2-Formation of planets.-Fossil identification.-Paleoenvironments.-Stratigraphy.-Plate Tectonics.-Reconstructing Earth history.

  5. GRADING Students that register for PVCC credit will receive two grades each semester: All students will also receive a CSHS grade each semester, weighted according to the credit distribution: CSHS Grade = 0.75 * (PVCC Lecture Grade) + 0.25 * (PVCC Lab Grade)

  6. UNIVERSITY $300 PER CREDIT X 4 = $1200 REGISTRATION = $15 BOOKS = $100 ___________________________ TOTAL COST = $1300 Cost Analysis for Each Semester of Dual Enrollment Geology* COMMUNITY COLLEGE $85 PER CREDIT X 4 = $340 REGISTRATION = $15 BOOKS = FREE ___________________________ TOTAL COST = $355 *These are approximate fees, based on last year’s prices.
