2. Sequence analysis of ICH27371-N and ICH27371-C Footprint sequences of hybrid attL and attR resulting from a crossover between attB (blue) and attP (green). Both sites share an identical 3-bp long central core, ‘TTG’, where the crossover occurs. Electropherograms were taken from sequencing PCR-fragments that were obtained using the primer pairs Rec-1 and Rec-2 (ICH27371-N) or Rec-3 and Rec-4 (ICH27371-C) on the total DNA of T3 plants from line 27371-987.
