  3. Avoiding food • Coma • Feeding difficulties • Lethargy • Seizures • Urine that smells like maple syrup • Vomiting WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

  4. Amino acids which are not chemically broken down are stored in the blood. • Brain damage is the result of the high toxic levels of amino acid that are stored in the body. • ULTIMATE SIDE EFFECT…. DEATH WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?

  5. People who have this disease are recomended to have a protein-free diet. • For example; they should not eat too much meat , milk and eggs as it contains proteins which are already at high build up levels in their body. HOW CAN IT BE TREATED?
