  2. J. Richard Gott Was born February 8, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky He is an astrophysical professor at Princeton University

  3. He is known for his theories of Time Travel and Doomsday arugment

  4. His time travel theory • Gott's machine relies upon the antigravitationaltension of the strings to warp space without attracting objects close to it • The time traveler would go on a precise path around fastly separating strings, and find that he or she had moved backwards in time

  5. Doomsday • According to J. Richard Gott, the Doomsday postulate, is an argument that validizes the end of the human race. He hypothesis says that in the year or around the year 9120, if we stay on earth and not manage to blow it to smitherens, or evacuate to some distant planet then we will be able to live. At that year we will have used all resources we have on planet earth if we manage to actually screw it up as bad as we are now. We will have 1.25 trillion people who will live and die at that point around estimation. As of now we are at 60 billion so there is no reason to go

  6. Observable universe • J. Richard Gott helped in taking the photo of the Observable Universe using the Hubble deep space telescope

  7. Scale of the universe • http://htwins.net/scale2/
