Perfekt Past Tense: Weak verbs -> ge + t gespielt, gemacht, gehabt, gewohnt… Strong verbs -> end in –en, vowel changes often gegangen, geblieben, gegessen… **No ge- for verbs that end in –ieren kopieren=kopiert, diskutieren=diskutiert, probieren=probiert **No ge- for verbs that begin with be- or ve- besuchen=besucht, versuchen=versucht
