  2. Extractive: The method of extractive summarization takes over and starts ranking all sentences of the given text based on their level of understanding and their relevance, thus the most important sentences will be presented to you.

  3. Abstractive: On the other hand, abstractive summarization tries to understand the whole of the text and then interprets it more understandably to you. It elaborates sentences and paragraphs and while it puts the facts in order it conveys the purpose of the text.
