Step by step through process • Identify the primary user group for the site i.e. vision • Identify project team’s areas of concern (design/ dev) • Conduct compliance review, mindful of above • Report findings & commence remediation
Step by step through process Using the findings of 1 and 2, develop user research plan (user group / focus) • Identify features and functionality to focus on in user testing • Develop tasks • Conduct testing with diverse audience • Including non-disabled tends to reinforce usability findings
