  2. Thefirststepinevictinga tenantinArizonaistogive thema writtennoticethat statesthereasonforthe eviction.Thenoticemustbe servedbyeitherthelandlord oralawenforcementofficer.

  3. Ifthetenantdoesnot complywiththenotice, thelandlord can thenfile acomplaintwiththe court.

  4. Thecourtwillthenseta hearing date, at which boththelandlordand tenantwillhavean opportunitytopresent theircase.

  5. Ifthecourtrulesinfavor ofthelandlord,an evictionorderwillbe issued.Thisordermustbe servedbyeitherthe landlordoralaw enforcementofficer.

  6. Oncetheevictionorder hasbeenserved,the tenantwillhave24hours tovacatetheproperty.If theydonotcomply,they canbeforciblyremoved bylawenforcement officers.
