BP Toledo Refinery Process Overview Handbook The BP Toledo Refinery contains flammable and toxic liquids, vapors and gases. These materials are often processed at high temperatures and pressures. This can increase the flammability and reactivity hazard. If process or equipment failures occur, the result can be minor fires, major fires, flammable vapor or gas clouds, and even explosions. Exercise caution at all times.BP Toledo personnel work hard to assure your safety. But safety is a never a given when working with flammable and toxic materials. Follow all BP rules and procedures.
