New Type C & D Straight line wiper options. • The selecting and installation of wiper systems on board of a vessel, • is always a challenging and potentially time consuming affair. • It is for that reason, we here at Wynn have added some additional options to make the selection process much easier. • The new options are as follows; • 1. Two versions of bracket mounting. • 2. A double arm and blade configuration for the larger windows. • As a direct result of these changes, you can expect to benefit in the following way’s; • A more efficient and speedier installation, • Significant cost reductions

  2. Straight line wiper options. SINGLE BLADE. SMALLEST STROKE LENGTH 310MM, LONGEST STROKE LENGTH 2100MM Type C internal motor Type D external motor inside pod rated IP 67

  3. Twin blade C & D TWIN BLADE ON A SINGLE WINDOW STROKE LENGTH UPTO 4000MM.

  4. Twin blade C & D on two windows Also available as a triple blade on three windows

  5. C & D double arm & blade configuration. DOUBLE ARM/BLADE CONFIGURATION, MAXIMUM COVERAGE OF THE HIGHT IS 1400MM. Only available in single stroke wipers.

  7. Type C & D straight line wiper dimensions 98 mm Water spray jet inlet connection for 6 mm O.D. pipe. Can be fitted at either end. Wiper motor fitted on the inside of the bridge. Motor and shaft position can be on the left or on the right. 295.5 mm Water spray jet. 1 piece for strokes < 1050 mm. 2 pieces for strokes > 1050 mm.   8. Option 1. Straight line wiper stud mounting. Ideal when the space envelope is tight. The front cover needs to be removed before the wiper can be installed by removing the two cover bolts. Four fixing bolts and nuts (M8) are ship yard supply. The length of the bolts is 20mm plus the bulkhead thickness.

  9. Option 2. Straight line wiper bracket mounting. Easy to install Four fixing bolts and nuts (M8) are ship yard supply. The length of the bolts depends on the bulkhead thickness. No need to remove the front cover.

  10. Option 3. Straight line wiper universal bracket mounting. Easy to install. No mounting holes required in the bulkhead. Stainless steel fixing bracket. Welded to the bulkhead. No need to remove the front cover. Threaded stud and nuts included

  11. Supply voltage and controller options. 24VDC. Available controllers type 1000 and 6000. 115 VAC 1 phase. Available controllers 1000 and 8000. 115VAC 3 phase. During the manufacture process, products are taken at random from the production line and are subjected to a comprehensive 3000 hour non-stop test cycle. Continual sourcing of materials of the highest calibre ensures that critical performance levels are always maintained and where possible improved.Hepworth occupy ISO 9002 certification: whilst also complementing our product range we have type approval from; Germanisher Lloyd, DNV and ABS.
