States in the Alliance: • Become a more strategic support to districts • Collect, analyze, and share HC data to assist districts in measuring workforce quality • Examine potential barriers that might impede best HC practices • Share promising and innovative strategies in HC – within and across states – that will allow for more rapid improvement
