Perry challenged universities to craft a $10,000 bachelor’s degree, though not all in higher education were fans of the idea… Affordable degree • A bachelor's in information technology with an emphasis on information security. • Students in San Antonio, Judson and Comal independent school districts eligible to start in the fall. • Two years college-level work in high school, a year at Alamo Colleges and finish at A&M San Antonio. • Total cost: $9,672.
