iForms • Prior to manager upload, an employee is REQUIRED to complete all iFORMS by following the link from their offer letter: • https://welcome-catapult.icims.com • iFORMS include: • W-4 • I-9 • Direct Deposit form • Local/National Background Check Authorization form • Company employment documents EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE ENTERED INTO PAYROLL UNTIL THESE FORMS ARE COMPLETE There is a 24 hour turnaround once an hourly employee is entered into payroll for them to access TimeSaver.
Uploading Required Documentation • What required documentation needs to be uploaded? • Signed offer letter • Background check receipt and/or results • License/certification (if required for position) • Completed I-9 • Why must this documentation be uploaded? • These forms are required by law and/or contract • These documents create an employee profile in iCIMS • Allows HR the ability to access these documents in case an issue or question were to arise • Data reporting purposes
