  6. Prep floor • Remove nails, screws • Vacuum dust • Place Hardi-Backer or mesh • Snap chalk line • Lay out tile

  7. Lay tile • Mix thin set • Lay tile • Place spacers • Remove excess • Set for 24 hrs

  8. Place grout • Remove spacers • Mix grout with distilled water • Place grout @ 45’ angle • Wipe excess with sponge • Seal grout
