There he made a speech in front of millions of people , so people thought he was a star politician. When he became a politician people wanted his help in drawing up new laws they wanted to pass. In 1861, became the 16th president. When he was watching a play somebody shot him. Many people today think it was “John Wilkes Booth.” Abe had 4 sons with his wife Mary Todd. With Abe abolishing slavery and being a great man he forever left a mark on America. People admire him for caring for people and animals. He was a great man. By:Ailyn R.
