About this presentation • In the template you will have a selection of three title slide designs to choose from, please see examples in slides 3, 4 and 5 • The presentation title and author’s name should be in capitals • The title font is in Times and body text Arial in UoL grey. • There are also accessibility slide layouts (title slides and body slides). These have been set up with cream background, Arial font black. See slide 6 for an example. • Click the arrow next to New Slide to choose a new layout or click Layout to change the layout of an existing slide.

Example of bullet list and image • Text to be placed here • Secondary bullets can be made using the Tab Key or the indent button • Press the Tab key again for a third bullet point • Use Shift and Tab or the decrease indent button to return to the first bullet Bullet point can be turned on and off by pressing the bulleted list button

charts • You can use the example charts as your starting point or insert your own After you insert a new chart • Click on the chart to select it and the Design Table and Layout tabs will be highlighted in the menu bar above • You can then change the design, colour, font as you require
Page numbers and footers Page number and footers can be added to slides if needed • On the Insert Tab click the Header & Footer button • Tick Slide number (if required) • Tick Footer and type your text into the footer area (if required) • Click Apply to add to current slide or Apply to all
