Full Wedding Package Before the Wedding Day • Recommend and schedule meetings with vendors and venues • Attend venue visits to help invision event style • Coordinate overall event theme and vision • Review and negotiate vendor contracts • Budget Management • Create timeline of event, provide copies for all parties involved • formal guest list • Manage hotel blocks for out of town guests • assist with menu planning and attend taste testing • Manage seating chart, RSVP’s, guest list
