Detailed step-by-step guide for drivers logging onto H2 Mobile screen, verifying equipment, managing orders, stops, loads, and unloads, using barcodes efficiently, and completing shift summaries.

H2 Mobile Screen by screen Instructions
Logging On • Tap the driver number box to enter the driver number. • Tap the password box to enter the password (automatically set to the driver number). • Once entered, tap Log On.
Equipment Doe, Jon • After tapping the log on button, the driver will be brought to the equipment screen. • This should list the driver’s name, shift, tractor #, and trailer #. • If the information is correct, the driver should tap Confirm in the bottom right. • If the equipment is incorrect, the driver should call dispatch and then press Retry once the changes have been made. • When a change is made to the order, the Qualcomm will automatically receive a message indicating the order has changed
Shift Summary • Once the driver verifies the equipment, the Shift Summary appears next. • Once the driver verifies the Shift Summary, he should tap start in the bottom right corner.
Order Summary • The Order Summary lists an overview of the stops for the order. • The screen contains company notes, load/unload details and well station maps. • Once the driver confirms the Order Summary and is ready to start the trip, he should tap Start in the bottom right corner.
Next Stop • The Next Stop screen will be seen after the driver departs his location. • While driving, the Qualcomm will close the Next Stop screen and return to the Qualcomm home screen. • When the driver reopens the browser after stopping, the Next Stop screen will appear. • Once the driver arrives at the next stop, he must tap Arrived in the bottom right.
Live Load • After the driver has loaded, he will tap Next in the bottom right corner.
Departure • When departing the next stop, the driver must tap Depart in the bottom right corner. • He will then move to the next stop screen.
Next Stop • While driving, the Qualcomm will close the Next Stop screen and return to the Qualcomm home screen. • When the driver reopens the browser after stopping, the Next Stop screen will appear. • Once the driver arrives at the next stop, he must tap Arrived in the bottom right.
Live Unload • After unloading, the driver needs to tap the box below gross and enter the number of gallons. The driver will do the same for net gallons. • To enter the BOL’s, tap the box under BOL and type in the BOL number. • The driver will then tap no for no retain or yes for retain. • When the driver is ready to depart, hit Next.
Accessorials • After the Live Unload screen is completed, the driver will be taken to the Accessorials page. • The driver will need to tap each Accessorial that they had for that load. • A check will appear for each accessorial that is tapped. • If the driver didn’t have any accessorials or is finished indicating their accessorials, he will tap Next in the bottom right corner.
Diversion • If the driver had a diversion, then he should tap Yes. • To enter a diversion number, the driver will tap the box below yes or no and then enter the number. • To add more than one diversion number, tap Add Diversion • To remove a number, tap Remove. • Once finished, the driver taps, Next in the bottom right corner.
Barcodes • Tap the box under barcodes to enter the barcode for the order. • To add more than one barcode to the order, tap Add Barcode below the box. • To remove barcodes tap Remove next to the extra barcodes • When the driver is finished adding barcodes, he will tap Next in the bottom right corner.
Order Recap • This screen allows drivers to review the information entered for the order. • If the driver needs to change the order they need to tap Edit found on the left of the screen. • When the driver has finished checking the Order Recap they should tap Done. • The next load should begin.
Logging Off • When the driver is finished and has arrived at his terminal, he will see a No Loads screen. • He can now hit Log Off in the top right corner of the screen. • The driver will then be asked to confirm that they are ready to Log Off. • If the driver is ready then tap Yes. • The driver will then need to tap Finish to complete the shift. • Once logged off of H2M, the driver will also need to log off of the Qualcomm to complete his shift.
