Air Carrier Maintenance Training Programs Regulations In Work • Mandate FAA approval of all 14 CFR Part 121 and Part 135 - 10 or more air carrier maintenance-training programs • This would amend §121.375 and §135.433, creating new FAA training programs which would include Human Factors requirements Status: NPRM Developed
Air Carrier Contract Maintenance Requirements Amend Title 14 CFR Part 121 (new section), to require air carriers to include provisions in their manuals regarding the performance of contract maintenance work Manual Procedures Oversight thru CAS Listing of contract providers Regulations In Work Status:NPRM issued Nov 13, 2012.
