Methodology Study wide range of deployments Classroom observation to understand practice Surveys and interviews Activity logs Artifact analysis Study plans University level courses Courses at UW with supplemental results from external partners Courses under study: Environmental Science Data Structures Software Engineering Digital Design 1. Instructor displays a slide with an exercise for the students to work 2. Students write answers on slides on their tablets and send them back to the instructor 3. Instructor receives student answers in a film strip view for preview 4.
