  4. Challenges Collection not centralized. Acquisition either not documented or lost. Of the 369 rolls originally a part of the collection, only 77 remain.  Of the 292 rolls no longer on site, there is only deacquisition documentation for 9 roles HPHS deeded to the Lake Forest - Lake Bluff Historical Society. Some plans showed signs of damage. Lack of Job Numbers on some plans. Architectural drawings can be unwieldy. No prior experience or special knowledge.
